During your ride
If the driver or the vehicle you reserved does not show up at the agreed location, we ask you to contact the taxi company. The number of our partner is mentioned on your voucher. In the unlikely event that the company is not available, please contact our emergency number. This number is also mentioned on your voucher. Please be patient and give the driver at least 20 minutes. Should you decide to leave the agreed point, please let us know. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible by contacting our partner. If that is not possible, we will try to find an alternative for you. If that is also not possible, you will get your money back. Please note, if you run into a problem or cannot solve it with our partner, please contact us at all times so we can help you with a solution. If you contact us later, we will no longer be able to assist you. Complaints must always be reported within 14 days, otherwise they can no longer be initiated.
After your ride
First of all, contact the driver directly via the phone number mentioned on the voucher and find out what happened. We will make every effort to deliver your lost luggage to your accommodation address or to your home. Please note that there is an additional charge to the courier in advance for shipping your luggage.
